Gut out the modern kitchen appliances and replace it with a hearth. The sink is fine. Redesign the inside to reflect historical exterior design if the cottage. Otherwise great tour.

I'd want to inspect for foundation and drainage issues being on a hill like that and as much as it rains in Scotland. Also, I have never seen a sky light that didn't leak but, maybe those are the only ones on the planet that don't.

I don't think its a tiny house as such. It's a garden house or self contained add on, on a larger estate. It's beautiful. The suggestions that kept flashing up on the screen were irritating and spoiled the pictures.
