Best Chrome Extensions for Writers!

hello word marriage and happy Thursday today I thought that I would give you guys a little insight on to what obligations I have on my computer and specifically what Chrome extensions I use I have found a ton of Chrome extensions that are awesome and have specific uses for writers so without further ado let's get into that all right so this is the first Chrome extension that I like to use it is called speak it now the reason I use this Chrome extension is because you can highlight any text and it will read it to you I can change how faster so they read it to you male or female voice all those different things you can set it to however you like but I like to listen to certain phrases and paragraphs right back to me because sometimes you don't catch mistakes until you hear it and this is a really good app to utilize if that is something that you also like to do this is the second Chrome extension I like to use this one is actually really really cool especially for someone who like like me who forgets everything that they read on the site when you're doing research for a novel it's great so basically if you have all of your tabs that you want to save up here say you know you're doing research on medieval times and you have a bunch of tabs up here about medieval history then you come over to your bar and you click the one tab logo and everything that's up here gets compiled into your one tab page and you can add as many tags as you want and if you want to restore them you can click restore all and then all of the tabs that were just on that page open up back in your chrome next we have the Evernote Web Clipper if you you've probably heard of Evernote before a lot of writers use it's really nice for compiling lists and notes and outlining and even writing because you can access it on your computer and your phone and your tablet and lots of other devices the Web Clipper is really cool because you can clip specific parts of websites and save that to your Evernote especially it like if you're doing research again this is a really handy application to have if you see something on the computer that you want to be able to access later on your phone next we have an app that I know a lot of writers use and that is stay focused so stay focused is just a basic site blocker so you can click on be stay focused icon and then whatever I say that you're currently on you can block that site for however much time is over here and you can also change the time as well and then there's more settings and things you can play around with but it's definitely helpful for blocking like Facebook and Twitter and things like that that you know distract you severely for example Pinterest up something that I usually have to block them myself and last but certainly not least we have tick tick it is a to-do list and a task list pretty self-explanatory if you click on it it will come up and then it'll show your to-do list for the day if you have anything on your to-do lists it will show up here that is all I have for you guys today please join us at the sunday 7:30 Eastern Standard Time for our normal life chat see you guys there bye
