and now I have the great pleasure of introducing pretty set this wadis they return a writer's retreat fellow in nonfiction I am so blessed you have returned this year I'm going to read two short poems and a short narrative the first poem is titled play me like a cello pull my hair like strings in an elegant concerto vibrating your cedar of realm accenture your arms arching my back striking or plucking tremble the bass in my thighs my black threads bless your half moon belly play me like a cello between your legs [Applause] this was titled to my ex-lovers girlfriend whom I've met and never talked to [Laughter] the photographs of her naked stretched across the strange bed I found in our bathroom searching for a bandage my eyes bleeding tears I overlooked her Brown not Indian oil red lips pale skin freckled small body hips I avoid her house her part of town beyond Santa Monica Boulevard I don't call searching for my lover listen to her with his greetings Dingaan boys she must be wise behind my spirits kiss with more blood running through her veins know something I don't how to seduce a woman how to cast a spell and [Applause]
