So will an airless sprayer always produce an orange peel finish?
Thanks for painting tips, love Your videos, find them useful! What about that free painting course, it`s online or real life at your place?
Great video. Very informative and lots of good information.
Thanks for the tips! Planning on painting my first car soon and these tips will definitely help!
What size tip is best for painting a car and reducing orange peel?
Also is there harm in over airing the mixture? Is over airing even possible? Every air supply is different and a typical air compressor is not going to supply the same pressures that yours do so I can’t ask for your advice on which PSI to work at
Also what do you mean by HVLP efficiency?
thanks man,big help
Thank you for sharing having extreme orange peel with turbine 5stage 1.3 cap manufacturers instructions no thinning 1to4 paint laid excellent not good at all with clear
You're a great teacher for the guys who want to take car painting to a pro level. But I'm painting a 24 year ole Pontiac, and I just want to use spray-cans. But I haven't seen information on this subject on You Tube, on such a professional level.
Probably better to use a darker colour for camera purposes
Looking at nozzles and SCFM ..Walmart sells a kit called Campbell Hausfeld CHK005CCAV Campbell Haufeld Gravity-Feed Spray Gun Kit…. The two included spray guns require 2.1 SCFM and 0.7 SCFM at 40 PSI respectively…seems very fine with 0.7 scfm !
Very helpful thanks.
