Introducing Art + Design at the College of Arts, Media and Design

growing up like I was kind of a loner in my hometown I'm just gonna walk around take pictures of flowers and stuff back in elementary school high school I always just said doodle and draw and then I made mistake that so many people do where I took a design class and then I fell in love with graphic design whenever I tell someone I'm a graphic design major they're like oh wow that's cool and like it is really cool I just changed my mind and said I was gonna do animation study graphic design it has that kind of real-world business five-two as well you know it's not just you're you're studying aren't in your little school it's like well why is this important to them in the grand scheme of things that's a juvie not decent like when I was on the campus it just felt right part of what makes this experience so great is the professor's I love going to photo classes we literally just we come in with all I worked on and we sit and we discuss I've had access to amazing print facilities everything's kind of at your fingertips Boston is wonderful I think being in a like vibrant and active city definitely like will help you creatively for one summer abroad I went a dialog to Cuba it was just like the best environment to be in I was never outside the country before I went to Cuba but to go there was just absolutely life-changing I think all of my co-op experiences sort of like helped build skills on top of each other right now I'm actually on coop as a freelance artist the body of work that I have is like quite unusual for someone who's coming out of college I got to film concerts and interviews for the conservatory I made actually a few TV spots for them that aired on TV which is pretty cool I loved every single minute sweat blood and tears all of it that's great you
